Self Catering Accommodation

Tippins Farm offers two sets of self catering accommodation. The Lodge has one Double bedroom, whilst the Dairy has two bedrooms; one double and one twin.

Tippins Lodge

Situated in rural seclusion above Sapey Brook, overlooking the undulating Worcestershire countryside, Tippins Lodge is a recently converted barn set around a courtyard, adjacent to the owners' C18th farmhouse.

The Lodge offers one Double bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be divided into twin beds. It has en-suite shower facilities and a large open plan lounge and kitchen area.

A private patio provides a secluded spot for outdoor dining or barbecues, and visitors have access to the owner's extensive gardens and 25 acres of farmland.

Tippins Dairy

Situated in rural seclusion above Sapey Brook, overlooking the undulating Worcestershire countryside, Tippins Dairy is a recently converted milking parlour, with its own garden and patio area that enjoy uninterrupted views of the Malvern Hills.

The Dairy has two bedrooms - one Double with en-suite bathroom, WC and hand basin, while the Twin room has a separate shower room with WC and hand basin. The large open plan living area includes a modern kitchen, with dining and lounge space.

A private patio provides a secluded spot for outdoor dining or barbecues, or simply relaxing with a good book. Guests have access to the owner's extensive gardens and 25 acres of farmland.
